Objectives, activities and expected/achieved results: The strategic objectives include:

  • Structured investment plan in an internationalization process that boosts the growth of turnover by close to 175%, based essentially on the growth of the international turnover (to grow by close to 2,177%) representing around 66% of the total turnover;
  • Increase strategic positioning in the markets in which we already operate and be able to diversify the markets in which we operate (operating in 8 new markets, 10 in total);
  • Investing in new models and marketing techniques, namely in terms of digital marketing, as a means of promotion and awareness, directly reflecting in the increase in orders by more than 50%;
  • Innovate organizationally by hiring highly qualified technical staff for the management of international business, with the aim of raising and innovating skills, processes and internal procedures.
