Objetive

Adifafe intends to carry out a profound organizational transformation through a project that integrates technological, operational, and strategic innovations, with the goal of ensuring sustainable growth aligned with the current market.

The project focuses on increasing production capacity with new technologies and Lean practices, adopting Industry 4.0 solutions (such as MES, WMS and Artificial Intelligence systems), environmental sustainability and climate transition with cleaner technologies, and product diversification with mass customizatio

It also includes the qualification of human capital, through training and hiring of specialized personnel, strengthening marketing and digital presence, and implementing ESG and gender equality practices, reinforcing social responsibility and the company’s image in the eyes of the market and investors.
